WHAT YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO KNOW (aka The Rules):

Your passe(s) will not be shipped to you. Lanyards are distributed in person at the meet and greet per the instructions emailed to you once we confirm your order. You may not exchange for another date/venue after your meet and greet has been purchased. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. You must be at the main entrance of the venue at the time required. Refunds or other forms of compensation will not be given.

  • One seat will be available to you; you do not need a concert ticket.
  • Photos with Rick and autographs will be limited to TWO each per person.
  • No video cameras will be allowed at the show. Still cameras are okay.
  • Rick and members of the band will not be available for phone calls, so please DO NOT hand them your cell phone. Again, time is limited and there is serious work for the show. Please be respectful of the other fans’ time with Rick, just a you would expect them to respect yours.
  • DO NOT CONTACT THE VENUE REGARDING SOUND CHECK PASSES. Sound check passes are solely distributed by rickspringfieldmerch.com.  The venue does not have a copy of the guest list or the sound check details.  Any and all questions should be directed to info@rickspringfieldmerch.com.  Part of our agreement with the venue is that we will handle all sound check meet and greet details.  To ensure their ongoing cooperation, please respect their request. If you call the venue, we reserve the right to remove you from our meet and greet list.
  • You will be required to exit the premises prior to the show and may not simply go to your seats and remain until show time. This is a venue requirement. No exceptions.
  • Anyone under the influence of a controlled substance or causing a disturbance will be removed from the premises and will not be refunded.
  • Smile and have a good time— you’re at the sound check of a Rick Springfield show!

I can't believe it has been almost 3 years since my last stage pass and I can remember it vividly. Everyone on stage made me feel welcomed and getting some time with Rick after the show was a dream come true. Rick is very funny and one is immediately drawn to his humble nature. Although I may have seem calmed, my heart was pounding(in a good way). I hope to do this again one day. I highly recommend fans to join the fun on stage!

Everyone was professional, kind, and being back stage is something I will never forget. I first saw Rick when I was 16 during the Living in Oz tour. If I knew back then I would have the experience of last Friday night, it would have been difficult to wait the 27 years. Rick gave a powerhouse performance, he was gracious with his time when we met and I now have an autographed set list along with a photo of me and him. I'll never forget it and hope to do this again sometime. Also, special thanks for getting all of this together for me in less than 24 hours, I always felt I was in good hands.

An experience of a lifetime November 19, 2009

I bought both VIP Platinum Passes for the Nov. 6th Englewood NJ concert for a friend and I, as a birthday present to myself.  The whole experience from order confirmation to the  concert was handled perfectly.  My thanks to Kim for being so on top of things; always quick to reply back; and providing the perfect instructions for concert night.

George was amazing, helpful, and exhausting to watch.   Standing on stage definitely is an entirely different perspective than being in the audience.  It was definitely a 30 year dream come true to finally meet Rick and the band~ and I would say it was absolutely money well spent.  Going backstage after the concert, it was nice to be treated like a true VIP ~ and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our chance to chat a few minutes alone with Rick (minus any other fans that had been back stage).   He was friendly and gracious, as were the rest of the crew backstage.

So many thanks to the store and the band for a night I will never forget.
