Want the ultimate rock n' roll experience? There are two seats on the stage at each show and they can be yours when you purchase VIP Platinum Stage passes. This concert experience package includes a photo, special EP series CD and Alive DVD, plus onstage seating at the show (a laminate will be provided the day of the show; details to follow in confirmation email). The only way you could be more up-close-and-personal would to be play in the band!

YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO KNOW (aka The Rules):
By purchasing a Meet N’ Greet pass (sound check, VIP, day pass or guitar), you are agreeing that you have read and understand the rules below. Please read these instructions as it will answer most of the questions you may have about your passes.

VERY IMPORTANT: 

IF YOU CONTACT THE VENDOR or PROMOTER TO A SHOW, WE WILL CANCEL YOUR PASS, AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Absolutely no exceptions, and we will strictly enforce this rule. Any questions can be directed to us at info@rickspringfieldmerch.com.

ALL DETAILS FOR THE DAY OF SHOW EVENTS WILL BE EMAIL TO YOU THE WEEK OF THE SHOW. 

1. Your passe(s) will not be shipped to you. Lanyards are distributed in person at the meet and greet per the instructions emailed to you once we confirm your order. You may not exchange for another date/venue after your meet and greet has been purchased. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. You must be at the main entrance of the venue at the time required. Refunds or other forms of compensation will not be given for any reason.

3. Concert/Show tickets are not included in your Sound Check or Autographed Guitar package and must be purchased separately.
4. DO NOT CONTACT THE VENUE REGARDING SOUND CHECK PASSES. Passes are solely distributed by rickspringfieldmerch.com. The venue does not have a copy of the guest list or the sound check details. Any and all questions should be directed to info@rickspringfieldmerch.com. Part of our agreement with the venue is that we will handle all meet and greet details.  To ensure their ongoing cooperation, please respect their request. If you call the venue, we reserve the right to remove you from our meet and greet list, and you will not be refunded!!
5. Your host for the evening is George. He has been given all of your information and may contact you should something change the day of show.
   
6. Time expectations: Photos with Rick and autographs are limited. 
Again, this is a working sound check and Rick wants to make sure he gets to everyone AND has time to prepare for a quality show. The sound check meet and greet is exclusive to you and the limited number of other fans who also purchased passes for that day. Rick normally has 20-30 minutes to spend with this group. Please be aware that this time is shared, and you will have enough time to say hi, get an autograph and a photo taken. Please be respectful of the other fans’ time with Rick, just a you would expect them to respect yours. Do not hover while Rick is spending time with another fan. Kindly take a seat while he is taking photos and signing autographs with others. If you try to monopolize Rick’s time for yourself, you will be asked to leave the sound check and no refund will be given.
7. No video cameras will be allowed.  Still cameras are okay.
8. Rick will not be available for phone calls, so please DO NOT hand him your cell phone.  Again, time is limited and there is serious work to be done with the crew in time for the show.
9. You will be required to exit the premises prior to the show and may not simply go to your seats and remain until show time.  This is a venue requirement.  No exceptions.
10. Anyone under the influence of a controlled substance or causing a disturbance will be removed from the premises and will not be refunded.
11. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of sound check passes at anytime for any reason.
12. Last Minute Sales on VIP Platinum Passes or Sound Check Passes
Last minute sales on VIP Platinum Passes or Sound Check Passes are for one day only. No previous sales of these items will be refunded or credited.
    
13. All sales are final. We will not compensate, refund or issue passes for a future date based upon Rick's availability. Rick's time is based upon how many people he must see before and after a show (radio promotions, venue guests, band guests, etc.). Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a certain amount of time Rick will have to spend with you.
