How do I return an item? Returns and/or exchanges are accepted for 30 days from order date. YOU MUST WRITE TO US FOR VERIFICATION OF RETURN TO: info@rickspringfieldmerch.com. All returns must be in sellable condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, smoke-free and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met). If there is an exchange of goods, we will process any extra charges, including shipping, we will send you a request for payment. No exchange merchandise will be shipped until the difference is paid. We do not credit return shipping unless we made an error with your order. If there is a problem or defect with your merchandise, we will replace the exact same merchandise in the exact same size. RS SWAMP MEET items are non-returnable and non-refundable. LIVE MERCHANDISE SALES. We are a separate company from the RS concert merchandise. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refund ANY sales of merchandise bought at the live merch booth. All merchandise bought at a live show is considered a final sale.
