Once a package is confirmed delivered by USPS, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office.

How do I return an item?

Returns and/or exchanges are accepted for 30 days from order date (credit cards can only be credited 30 days past invoice date). YOU MUST WRITE TO US FOR VERIFICATION OF RETURN TO: info@rickspringfieldmerch.com. All returns must be in sellable condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, smoke-free and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met). CDs/DVDs/all media are not returnable if they are opened. If there is an exchange of goods, we will process any extra charges, including shipping, we will send you a request for payment. No exchange merchandise will be shipped until the difference is paid. We do not credit return shipping unless we made an error with your order. If there is a problem or defect with your merchandise, we will replace the exact same merchandise in the exact same size.

SALE/CLEARANCE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 


HOLIDAY SALES

Due to promotional offers, all merchandise purchased between November 24th, 2016 - January 1st, 2017 is valid for exchange or store credit only.  No cash refunds will be given. 


LIVE MERCHANDISE SALES.
We are a separate company from the RS concert merchandise. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refund ANY sales of merchandise bought at the live merch booth. All merchandise bought at a live show is considered a final sale.
